1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using BoxOS (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the service
- You may use BoxOS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. User content
- You retain ownership of the content you store in BoxOS.
- You may not upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Premium features are offered via auto‑renewing subscriptions handled by Apple App Store and Google Play.
- Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the store where you purchased your subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
5. Refunds
Any refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play according to their respective policies. We cannot grant refunds directly for purchases made through those stores.
6. Termination
You may stop using BoxOS at any time. You can delete your account and associated data using the option in the App’s Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
BoxOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits arising from your use of BoxOS.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page. Your continued use of BoxOS after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
